With Marie Peale as your guide, you'll explore traditional and new yoga poses that lengthen and strengthen your full muscular structure. This program is thoughtfully structured into three progressive episodes, complete with warm-ups and cool-downs, totaling two 25-minute workouts and one 40-minute session:
